These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RoomNow.in platform operated by ROOMNOW INFOTECH (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. The service

RoomNow.in is an online listing and discovery platform that connects tenants with property owners offering rooms, PGs, homestays, and hotels. We are an intermediary platform and are not a party to any rental agreement between tenants and property owners.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

3. Subscriptions and unlocks

• Tenants start on a free plan and may purchase paid plans to unlock additional property details and filters.
• Each plan specifies an unlock quota, validity period, and features as shown on the plans page.
• Property owners may subscribe to owner plans for listing and visibility features.
• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4. User responsibilities

• You agree not to post false, misleading, or unlawful content.
• Property owners are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.
• You agree not to misuse, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.

5. Listings and verification

While we may verify certain listings and documents, we do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of any property. Tenants are advised to independently verify details before making any payment to a property owner.

6. Payments

Payments for subscriptions and unlocks are processed through a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). By making a payment, you agree to the payment gateway’s terms in addition to these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROOMNOW INFOTECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any dealings between tenants and property owners.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
