Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and contact-unlock purchases made on the RoomNow.in platform operated by ROOMNOW INFOTECH.

1. Nature of the service

RoomNow.in provides digital services. Subscription plans and unlocks grant immediate access to property details, contact information, and platform features upon successful payment.

2. Cancellation

  • You may choose not to renew a plan at any time; the plan will simply expire at the end of its validity period.
  • Because access is granted immediately upon payment, plans and unlocks cannot be cancelled once activated.

3. Refunds

All subscription fees and unlock charges are non-refundable. Once a payment is successful and the plan or unlock is activated against your account, the amount paid will not be refunded, in part or in full. Please review the plan details and pricing carefully before making a payment.

4. Failed or duplicate transactions

If money is debited from your account but the payment fails or a duplicate charge occurs (i.e. you are charged without the corresponding plan or unlock being activated), please contact us at support@roomnow.in within 7 days with your registered email and the transaction/payment reference ID. Verified erroneous charges are reversed to the original payment method via our payment gateway (Razorpay), typically within 5–7 business days; actual credit timelines depend on your bank or card issuer.
